We invite you to join our weekly Meditation and Mindfulness gatherings or you can reach out for individual coaching. Together we create a safe sacred space that allows you to ease into your own authentic and powerful "Beingness". You will experience guided meditations and have opportunities to share and learn from each other.

Meditation and Mindfulness is one of the kindest practices you could do for yourself. In each practice, you welcome
yourself just as you are, without judgment or conditions. It is a safe space to be in — a space to discover your true loving nature.
It is the practice of paying attention on purpose and without judgment. We learn to be with ourselves, just as we are, noticing the world inside ourselves and the world around us. We learn to be with what shows up in our bodies, including pain. Gaining inner clarity, we begin to notice the stories we tell ourselves.
Meditation practice is not meant to be a struggle against thoughts, but only to notice without attachment. It is an awareness of what is passing through.
